Dr Tripathee was born and raised in a small city called Pokhara in Nepal, a southeast Asian country. He completed his undergraduate medical school at B. P. Koirala institute of health sciences (BPKIHS) and diagnostic radiology residency from East Avenue Medical Center, Manila Philippines. Subsequently he went onto complete four fellowships at University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston towards ABR board certification via alternate pathway for IMG. His special interest is in abdomen and pelvic MRI.
His wife Anita is a certified dentist in Nepal who is currently pursuing dentistry in USA. Together, they have a daughter who is 2 and half years old. He likes traveling with his family, hiking and is an avid soccer fan.
